OUR LOCATIONS

Famous and beautiful places

Oxford

Oxford, The City of Dreaming Spires, is famous all over the world for its University and place in history. For over 800 years, it has been a home to royalty and scholars, and since the 9th century an established town – although people are known to have lived in the area for thousands of years.

Nowadays, Oxford is an exciting but small city, with a population of just over 150,000.
Oxford is the perfect place to be a student, not only because of its rich academic history, but also because the tradition of learning and academia is still an important part of Oxford’s culture. About 32,000 students are enrolled in its two universities – Oxford University and Oxford Brookes University.

With its mix of ancient and modern, there is plenty for both the tourist and resident to do. Whether it’s visiting one of the many historic buildings, colleges or museums, going out for a meal, taking in a show or punting on the river Thames, Oxford has it all.

and safety checks take place at all of our locations and risk assessments are undertaken for every activity and excursion.

All our staff
